Hello- I am a US based, 5 continent globetrotter and women's self care advocate. Solo travel tips and insights are the primary focus of my blog posts although my posts also highlight unique self care cultural practices discovered during my travels that continue to enhance my life, particularly the Scandinavian practice of Hygge. My pride and joy is my 5 year old Staffy-Corgi mix pup, Kiki, who keeps me on my toes and constantly brings a smile to my face.
